Mel going all out

Mel going all out

Thank you to everyone who came to the Hopper yesterday to cheer Mel on. She did amazing! The event was incredible with screaming spectators, judges pushing the athletes and just the over all electric feel of the CrossFit community which sends chills down your spine. If you were there you know what I mean. So on that note those who were not able to come you are all able to experience the workout.
